Presentation of products or services

Each product or service is presented in the e-shop with basic information plus additional information: product name, picture, short description, longer description, additional information (colour, size, composition, maintenance instructions, etc.), price and the possibility to rate the product. To add the selected product to your basket, click on the product and on the button where it says “add to basket”.

Shopping basket

The shopping basket plays the same role as the shopping basket in your shop, storing the items you have selected and showing you the number of items. You can view the contents of your basket at any time and add or remove selected items. You can change the quantity of the selected products and by pressing the “recalculate quantities” button, the total value of your purchase will be recalculated according to the changed quantity. You can remove items from the basket at any time by pressing the “remove (red X)” button.

Purchase procedure

If you are sure that you want to buy the products you have in your basket, then click on the “place order” button. The system will redirect you to a form where you can enter the required information. After entering your details and the delivery address, please confirm them by clicking on the “next step” button. The system redirects you to a form where you choose your payment and delivery method.

Delivery

All products in stock (listed for each product) are dispatched within 1 – 3 working days after receipt of your order! We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We sell and deliver in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia (or to all countries of the European Union). All contracts are concluded in Slovenian for Slovenian nationals and in English for other EU citizens.

Delivery costs

Goods are shipped via GLS, with whom we have a contract. The delivery price is 2,99€ (VAT included) and for purchases over 30€ the delivery is free.

Prices and VAT

Prices in the online shop are in euros. Online prices are valid for all members of the online shop www.vezalke.si. You become a member of the www.vezalke.si online shop club by registering in our online shop. The normal price is the price for non-registered users. Prices already include 22% or 9.5% VAT.
Prices are guaranteed for the duration of the order and are subject to change daily.

Data protection and confidentiality

We understand that customer privacy on the website is very important. We provide you with 100% protection and security of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act.

MSBIT d.o.o. needs some of your personal data in order to complete your order correctly. We will keep all information confidential and will never pass it on to third parties. By entering into a Purchase Agreement, you agree that we may store and use your data for internal archival and statistical purposes. The administrator of the online shop www.vezalke.si will use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of order fulfilment (delivery, invoice) and other necessary communication.

Withdrawal from the contract

Under Article 43c of the PSCT, in the case of distance or off-premises contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the undertaking within 14 days that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his or her decision. In doing so, the consumer may only be charged the costs referred to in Article 43d(7) of this Law. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall reimburse all payments received immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The undertaking shall return the payments received to the consumer by the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result. The consumer cannot claim reimbursement of the extra costs incurred if he has expressly opted for a type of shipment other than the most cost-effective standard shipment offered by the company.

In the case of sales contracts, the trader may withhold reimbursement of payments received until the consumer has taken delivery of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the trader offers the consumer the option of taking delivery of the returned goods himself.

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he shall return or hand them over to the undertaking or to a person authorised by the undertaking to take delivery of the goods immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the notification referred to in Article 43c(1) of this Law, unless the undertaking offers to take delivery of the returned goods itself. The consumer is deemed to have returned the goods in time if he sends them before the 14-day return period has expired. The goods must be undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.

In the event of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall reimburse all payments received immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The consumer is liable for diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is due to conduct which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The mere fact that the goods have been reduced in value due to the consumer’s conduct cannot deprive the consumer of the right to withdraw from the contract and thus to repay the purchase price.

Substantive error

The consumer can exercise his rights under the material defect law if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the item.

The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, with a receipt from the seller, or by sending it to the shop where the item was bought or to the seller’s agent with whom the consumer has concluded the contract. The Seller is not liable for material defects in the goods which become apparent after two years have elapsed since the goods were handed over.

A defect in the item is deemed to have existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within six months of delivery. The consumer’s rights under paragraph 1 shall lapse on the expiry of two years from the date on which the consumer informed the seller of the material defect.

A consumer who has duly notified the seller of a defect has the right to require the seller to: remedy the defect in the goods, or refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or replace the defective goods with new, faultless goods, or refund the amount paid.

If the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the performance of the service is not disputed, the firm must comply with the consumer’s request under 37c and 38 as soon as possible, but at the latest within eight days. Article 5 of this Law.

If the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the service is disputed, the company must reply in writing to the consumer’s request no later than eight days after receiving it.

Guarantee

All items in the e-shop are guaranteed by MSBIT d.o.o., Podpeč 8b, 1352 Preserje. All items are guaranteed for one year. The warranty covers minor things that are the result of wear and tear.

Mechanical wear and tear and wear and tear resulting from improper and careless use and improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Complaint

If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please report it immediately to the delivery company and inform us at [email protected].
If you have received the wrong product or a defective product:
– Send it at our expense via Post Slovenia.
We will replace the product or refund your money. The costs of sending a replacement for a new product are borne by MSBIT Ltd.

Complaints and disputes

The online shop laces.si complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The online shop laces.si makes every effort to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaints handling system. In case of problems, the buyer can contact the feeder by phone on 064 288 499 or by email at [email protected]. The complaint should be submitted via email to [email protected]. The complaint procedure is confidential.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, MSBIT d.o.o. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (hereinafter: the “OCCDR”).

If the buyer/consumer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, he/she can therefore initiate an out-of-court settlement procedure for the specific consumer dispute through the European Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRRP), in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Procedures Act (CDPSA). The Buyer may also choose to bring an action before the competent court of his/her domicile.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content and other terms of both the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop. Errors are possible and we accept no responsibility for them.

Order validity

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he accepts our terms and conditions of sale! The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If we cannot guarantee delivery of the goods, we may withdraw from the order. The buyer will be informed by e-mail or. telephone.

Cost of using a means of communication

The cost of a call to 064 288 499 will be charged at your operator’s basic tariff.
